New Vision will schedule a meeting in your home to discuss you dreams, ideas, needs, and challenges.
Design Consultation
Meet your dream backyard in 3D with an In-House presentation of youre design. Make changes and add features with our Design Team.
Discuss the design & pricing
Agreement
Make your family’s dream come true and insure an understanding of the process and expectations so that your family can relax & enjoy building a new pool !
Permit & HOA
HOA & Permit documents are prepared. All project plans are prepared & staged.
Excavation
Excavation of project site.
Steel & Plumbing
Steel reinforcing, plumbing for pool water and equipment
Gunite
Now it starts to look like a swimming pool. This is a major phase.
Tile/Coping/Stone
Installation of tile, coping, water feature & stone work
Electrical
All electrical installation. Wire pumps, lights, & outdoor living.
Pool Decking
Install concrete decking or paver decking
Clean & Grade
Final grade and cleaning of construction debris. replace access fencing & secure yard.
Interior Installation
Install the interior finish, & install water.
Sprinklers
Reconnect & reroute sprinklers
NV Pool Academy
In Person training of pool operation, weekly maintenance and pool safety.
